Movement should feel joyful, and Nike Training Studio was built to be your fitness playground. Each class uses a mix of weights, kettlebells, sleds, sandbags, plyometrics, and other state-of-the-art tools to keep every movement fresh, fun, and effective.

Movement goals aren’t achieved overnight. They take repetition and progression with targeted intent, and we’ve built our programming using a model that does just that. Nike Training Studio workouts are broken into periodized training blocks that use specific exercise progressions to push you toward a broader goal. Blocks may focus on work capacity, functional strength, power and endurance, with opportunities for growth assessment after each period.
